To apply for membership online, complete the application process and pay online with your credit card through the National Australia Bank secure payment service. The application process will take several pages. Fill in each form and click the Next button to go to the next page. All applications require a preferred contact phone and your mailing address. If you apply as a Therapist, Member, or Fellow, we will also ask for the addresses and contact details of your practices. If you apply as a Member or Fellow, we will also ask for continuing education details. Info marked * must be included. |
